The '68 George A. Romero directed "Night of the Living Dead" wasn't the first zombie movie ever, however it re-defined the zombie genre forever. Since then, "Night of the Living Dead" spawned a string of sequels, spin-offs, and homages including "Dawn of the Dead," "Day of the Dead," and "Return of the Living Dead."
